THE CITY AND BEACHES AROUND PORT PHILLIP BAY

A 4 hr tour around the sights of Melbourne and the beaches of Port Phillip Bay can be adjusted to suit the interests of the traveller. Start and finish times can also be flexible as can the duration of the tour as it operates on an hourly rate. We can collect you from your hotel or if staying with friends in the suburbs, from there and return to a point of your choosing (the tour time starts at point of pick up and finishes at point of dropping). Entry fees can be included at an extra cost if desired or the traveller can pay their own fees on arrival at each attraction.
The Queen Victoria Market
Some places of interest are Queen Victoria Market, St Paul's Cathedral, Fitzroy Gardens, Captain Cooks Cottage, Melbourne Cricket Ground and Tennis Centre, the Arts and Cultural Centre, West Gate Bridge, Rialto Tower (Melbourne's tallest building) with its spectacular city view from the 55th floor, the very beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, the Shrine of Remembrance and the Formula One Grand Prix track at Albert Park. See the grand old buildings of the 1860 - 1880's gold rush era and the exclusive mansions of Toorak (Australia's wealthiest suburb).
With extra time include a trip along the foreshore of some of the lovely beaches from St Kilda to Portsea and you get a Victorian lifestyle tour as well.
